Lufthansa – Missing Miles – email address?

Hi Everyone

Recently I flew with Lufthansa, and my account wasn’t credited with the miles, so I submitted a claim for the missing miles.

The claim has subsequently been rejected as, according to their records, I wasn’t on the flight (I was).

I have gone round and round on their website without success, does anybody have an email address for their customer service team, so that I can prove I was on the flight?

This is the number I rang and got my miles credited a few days later.
Was for a partner airline booking.

I have spoken to them and they explained how to add documents to support my missing mileage claim, which isn’t on the original claim form.
