Mallorca car rental

Anyone able to recommend any reliable car rental companies in Mallorca for a week later this month?

Auto Europe often have good deals for hertz/thrifty if you prefer on airport locations.

Recently used Hiper, only issue might be that they transfer you by mini bus to their office, but it’s only 5 mins away, we didn’t find it a problem, you don’t pay in advance, you pay on collection of vehicle. They are a local Mallorcan company but have been around for years. They block 150 euros on your card from time of hire to return of vehicle when they unblock it, to release the 150.

I think I may go for Hertz Via Zest Car rental as got a free additional driver and only €300 deposit…

Saying that, via Auto Europe it’s 25% cheaper… I’ll also get EverSure insurance – so does it really matter how much goes into the card as a hold?

Hertz deal sounds good. The airport seems to have all the major car rental companies.

One of the reasons I chose Hiper is you don’t pay anything upfront, you just reserve the car and pay on the day of collection. I like that arrangement incase we need to cancel at anypoint.I guess it doesn’t really matter how much they hold against a card, so long as they release it at the end of the visit.
