Trying to book Manchester to Accra on line via LHR with AVIOS points but system will not let me. It will only let me book individual tickets which I don’t want to do.
So I need to call booking line and book both legs on one ticket.
Business is 80000 points LHR to ACC return and 15000 points MAN to LHR.
If I book on one ticket will I simply pay 95000 points or will the feeder flight be free ?
    All plus taxes of course

Have you tried using the stopover option? Sometimes you need to select your flights separately (but still on the same booking) for the system to get to the pricing page. There also might be an issue with the connection times, so make sure you’re selecting options with plenty of time between departures (which is essential anyway with MAN connections, even consider travelling to LHR the night before your ACC flight unless it departs late afternoon or evening).

You should not have to pay any avios or cash for the MAN leg on the same booking.

I am also trying to use a BA Barclays Cabin Upgrade Voucher

Ah ok – you will need to call for that, or book LHR-ACC then call and ask BA to add the MAN leg.

Also bear in mind you’ll need to factor in a hour to comfortably transfer to T3. If ACC departure is 1325 as a quick look on the BA app suggests, I would personally be flying to LHR the night before and staying nearby.

    Thank you
