Not able to manage by BA booking on FINNAIR, any upcoming flight details i enter returns an error message even though info is correct.
“An error occurred when retrieving your booking. Please make sure to enter the correct family name and booking reference or e-ticket number associated with your booking and try again.”
Is there an alternative route to changing FF Number without having to call BA?
