Is it possible to add stay booked as part of a package holiday (via Jet2 Holidays) to my Radisson Rewards account so that I can get access to the member benefits (priority line, room upgrade, late check out etc.)? I know I won’t be able to earn any points for this stay.
Well nothing to stop you mentioning it at checkin or even Emailing the hotel, and you never know, but given that you are, on this trip, not a loyal customer at all, but just one more tiny part of a mass block booking, probably made on fine margins to secure volume, there’s no rational reason for the hotel to give you anything in the way of benefits above zero, and that should be your expectation.
