Am I due miles for airline rebooked flights?

I would be obliged for advice/guidance on how the miles/points/number of flights are awarded when the airline rebooks the original itinerary. I had two C class business class connecting flights with Lufthansa (LHR-FRA-WAW) which were last minute rebooked by airline into direct flight with LOT.

You need to check if LH offers Original Routing Credit – where you get points etc based on your booked routing rather than what you flew.
