I flew on Monday and back on Tuesday. My Tuesday Avios and Tier points are in my account but Monday’s flight are not.
My Monday flight was cancelled and I ended up on a letter one but still same day.
I tried to claim missing points and tiers but I get the error message
“ Missing Avios claims can only be made three days after your travel date”
Any suggestions?
You need to wait a few more days to let the system have a chance to automatically credit you before you can submit a manual claim.
Ok thanks. It seems like I’m always chasing them for something, usually missing Avios. I shall add it to my never ending to do list.
