Hi out of a trip with 4 flights only tier points from 3 have been credited
Does anyone know which number i can call BA on ?
It was a one world partner flight if it makes a difference but the ticket class was valid business premium.
You need to do this online – just google BA missing tier points. I would offer a link but it’s personalised.
You will need your ticket number and make sure you keep all the relevant boarding cards that you may be asked for as evidence later.
Thanks everyone is there a way to see the current status of the ticket I logged ? As I had no response yet

No, and afaik you don’t get an email acknowledgement (I never have), you just need to keep checking back and chase again in a couple of weeks.
@bruce2000 If you have a case reference number starting with 0 you can track it via this link

If it starts with 1 or 2 you can check with the chatbot – link is on the same page
Does someone know how I can escalate this? It’s been 6 weeks since I submitted the claim.

Well you can call the BA Exec Club ?
I had the same issue, albeit with flights on Qatar using BAEC number.
I emailed the Executive Club after the 6 weeks had passed with a copy of my original E-Ticket & the boarding pass for the missing flight.
Took perhaps 8 weeks from filing the original claim to it being resolved.
If the flight is one of your 4 required and/or the tier points not crediting in time jeopardizes your status qualification then it might be worth just giving them a call anyway, explaining your concerns about them not crediting in time whilst looked into & see if they can get an update from back office but more importantly have them note the issue on your file.
That way you’ve got something to direct them to of it becomes an issue. Which hopefully it won’t be or isn’t relevant in your case anyway.
Once ‘found’ and your account adjusted they’d post to the date of the flight ( + the few it takes to show up normally perhaps) which would adjust your requalification to positive but it’s BA so trusting the IT to recognise that & correct things, whilst it should, may be something you need to prompt them to put Right.
We had this exact scenario last year – booked a Club Europe BA Holiday from GLA-LGW-PFO.
Double Tier Points posted but not for the last LGW-GLA flight meaning Mrs everyotheridwasused was c.40 points short of qualifying for Gold.
It took us a total of 4 phone calls and an online form but eventually we noticed the points had been added as a “Tier Point Adjustment”.
As C2K77 says, if this will potentially impact on your status make sure you call regularly and let them know this.
