This is turning really painful

Amex issued the voucher to BA on the 22nd November 2023.

Amex are saying BA should be able to add it and have given me the voucher number etc. BA are saying it’s an Amex issue and due to GDPR they can’t talk directly to Amex to resolve.

Any ideas or suggestions as I’m going round and round in circles.

Upgrade or companion ticket? I had an issue with Barclaycard as I needed to select that I wanted an upgrade rather than points.
Usually I receive an email from Amex regarding my companion ticket for award and see it in my BA account.
