Booking a night and got the buy extra points popup.

    1000 for £5
    2000 for £13
    5000 for £21
    3000 for £25

So 5000 is cheaper than 3000?

I don’t trust the dialog box, I’m sure if I clicked the 5000 they’d only give me 3000. Can’t be bothered taking a screenshot and arguing with their CS.

What does it say on the confirmation email and bookings

    That’s what matters.

And if it’s wrong as it should be a BFR it’s soon cancelable.

I couldn’t be bothered and I don’t need the points

Very surprised to see that property is using a gmail address on the confirmation as well.

It’s legit. The higher amounts can be cheaper because they have a promo and are trying to encourage people taking the option / booking with them.

I saw 5000 points for £16 the other day, decided not to stay at the hotel in the end but I would definitely have gone for that!
