We had a holiday booking for November but had to move it until February. Paid the difference in fare and the change fee. When speaking to the agent back in October, they said that the end of February would be the latest date we could move the holiday to.
Unfortunately it’s looking like we might not be able to travel in February. Any idea if we could now move the holiday until a later date, or would the February latest date still apply?
When did you book it?
If it was last February then I’d say you’ve hit the limits of the ticket validity.
As these appear to be voluntary changes and not caused by BA then I think you’re stuck with it – as well as the financial loss.
Depending on why you need to change this maybe one for your insurance.
The BAH Ts and Cs are usually pretty clear – does it say anything about how far out a booking can be moved?
There’s nothing to stop you calling BAH and asking again, they are extremely helpful IME and I’m sure if it possible to change it again, they will facilitate it for you.
However, I don’t know if there would be an issue with ticket validity on the flight element, depending on when you booked, as standalone flight bookings can’t usually be moved more than 12 months beyond the booking date.

As our family mantra goes…. “If you don’t ask, you don’t get”. Perhaps if it suits BA, or they can squeeze some extra cash, they will be obliging. They have always been willing to change flights from a “full” flight to a lesser loaded flight, even though the ticket doesn’t allow.
