Multi city search

I’ve been trying to search multi city in virgin website today, but it never works.

I tried the exact same search in AF, KLM , Expedia and I got what I wanted.

I would prefer booking via virgin if possible, is that their system issues? Should I just call them?

Yep, I would call them. I find the Virgin agents are invariably very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If my recent experiences calling them is anytime go by it shouldn’t take too long to get through.
