Nectar points haven’t posted for life insurance

Hi all, I signed up for Sainsbury’s Bank life insurance in September for a bunch of Nectar points (I think it was 12k points??). The terms were that the points would post within 60 days of the 5th payment. I’ve just realised the 7th payment has gone out and it’s been 74 days since the 5th payment and I haven’t received the Nectar points.
Any knowledge out there on how I can chase this up?

Thanks. Anyone know what amount of points was on offer at that time? I should’ve taken a note but if I did I don’t know where I put it!

depended on how much your premium was..
I kept a note, but discarded it once I received the points.
