Newbie British Airways American Express Premium Plus credit card questions

Hello , I am very new here and wonder if anyone could assist with 2 queries please.

1) Will I be entitled to the 70,000 bonus if I already have an AMEX everyday cashback card.

2) Once I get a 2-4-1 voucher , am I ok to close the account and will the voucher be valid for the next 2 years even though I have closed the account?

1) having the Amex everyday cashback does not stop you getting the bonus

2) yes – given the current way the booking engine in BA works – but you must have *an* Amex, and the implementation of the rules in the website could change

Thought id use this thread rather than posting new one.

How long should I wait before adding a supplementary card to the BA amex and will it give me some points for it?

IIRC on my amex gold, it was nearly instant showing an offer to add someone for points. My partner has just taken out the BA one but when logging in I dont see any bonus for adding a supplementary, is this still a thing?

I personally tend to wait until the main card turns up, and then get the supp card ordered.

Cheers both, main cards arrived now so will go through it.

On my gold it was like heavily pushed, probably was some kind of offer on at the time for more points for the supp.
