Not received 25% Avios bonus for transfer of Nectar points – October 2024

Hello everyone,
It has been almost one month since I converted my Nectar points into Avios but have not yet received the Avios 25% bonus. I see the original October 2024 forum is now closed and was wondering if everyone has received their Avios bonus?

To earn the 25% bonus, I did as instructed on the forum where I manually transferred 50k avios on 9th October and auto converted the remaining 25k Avios on 15th October which was within the transfer deadline.

My plan is to wait one full month before contacting Avios, but wanted to check if people have already received their bonus?

The offer was for a 15% bonus on manual transfers and a 25% bonus on autoconvert. The deadline for transfers was 14 October so you may be out of luck with your second transfer, although autoconvert usually happens on a Monday which was 14th IIRC so you may want to check your dates again.

If the point do not show up do you contact nectar or BA?

I know it’s still within the time frame, but just getting prepared 😂😂😂

I did the autoconvert also on 14 October and received nothing. Nectar have told me it is NOT their problem and I have to contact BA. So painful enforcing these promos. Will have to gear up for a fight with BA.

No bonus showing yet for me. I auto converted 13600 nectar points on the 7th Nov. I’ve done a couple of these Avios conversion deals in the past and have never received the bonus.

Thanks for your comments so far. Grant – the auto conversion went through on Monday 14th October but appeared on my account on Tuesday 15th so assume this is okay as they convert on Monday evenings.

First time I’ve done this and disappointed others are in the same boat.

Has anyone contacted BA yet and received a response? If I don’t get the bonus by 15th November, I will try to speak to someone. Any thoughts on best contact method?

Think we are now past the expected credit date but nothing yet. Will give another 48 hours before calling but hopefully they are batch posted today or tomorrow

I also have a new statement item called NECTAR BONUS AWARD. I auto-transferred 16,000 Nectar points resulting initially in 10,000 Avios. My bonus reward that has come through is 75 Avios….sure hope there’s more on the way…!

I have had two small 15% bonuses roll in, just waiting on the 25% auto from OH account now, where the bulk of our Nectar were held.

Update – had another NECTAR BONUS AWARD transition of an additional 2,500. Here’s hoping everyone gets their full reward in the next 24 hours.
