Is it possible to find list/details of bookings more than 12 months ago, preferably back to 2000?
I should have kept a list but didn’t.

Do you have gmail? By default it will just keep your emails and not delete anything and it has good search tools that can filter for a specific date and text.

Slightly tedious, but you can work back through the flight transactions in your account (assuming you logged your BAEC number against them).

My ‘recent transactions’ go back well before 2020.

Do you want flights or actual bookings?

The flight path tool will help with the former.

But I don’t know how far back it goes and it doesn’t IIRC show booking references.

Account transactions show date, flight number, booking reference, from/to and ticket class.

Probably not. GDPR requires data be deleted when no longer required. So whilst your financial details may go back 6 years (or more), airlines are more likely to “roll up” that data and dispose of the details.

There is probably data stored and used by security services. The EU PNR (if still working) would not be accessible.

Best chance is to submit a GDPR SAC request to individual airlines.

Australia will tell you the dates and flight numbers of all your travels in and out of the country back to 1990, takes about a week to get a response, I imagine other countries’ immigration services may offer something similar

    Thanks for the replies.
I think it is more trouble than it is worth.

There was a thread over on flyer talk in 2020.

At the time I did mine and it listed all my flights since joining BA Executive in 2003.
The PDF report was very quick to arrive.

No idea if it still works.
