Well I’m no longer getting the error message that the site is down, but of course I can’t login and haven’t had the reset email back..

I got in, set it all up and cross checked all the transactions over the last 16 months. It’s a mess!
I know, I posted this then told Rob
I have over 60 sectors missing – I just hope they make it easier to bulk claim rather than having do each one
And what about points that haven’t been returned to the account when cancelling… hopefully they will allow bulk claims. I can’t claim for missing points on regular flights either as the claim functionality only goes back 4 months. Disaster! But we will get there…
