    Since the OB website has started working again, I have filed 29 missing points claims.
    14 are still pending (for 4 weeks)
    15 have been approved saying ‘points posted’, yet zero points have ACTUALLY been posted.

    I have called the OB team 3 times, all 3 times, they said they would email someone, then nothing gets done.
    I have emailed them 8 times and not had one email back.

    So in summary, a total shambles!

    Completely agree – I emailed asking how to submit a claim for missing points from flights more than the website limit of four months previously and have been roundly ignored. Plus Ww’ve still never been told what happened and whether there were any data-breaches involved that we should be concerned about. Do BA even care about these things any more?
