    This is the 3rd time now where I cant login and have to change my password. The password is saved in the browser.

    “Hmm… The details you’ve entered aren’t quite right. Please try to log in again using your Flying Club number or the email address registered to your account.”

    Has anyone had the same issue?

    Constantly. I have to reset to check my balance and search. Then having checked hotels by the next day when ready to book I have to reset again. I wondered if it has sonething to do with syncing issues with Virgin Red. It is painful though.
