Peak / off-peak Avios required discrepancy

Anyone know why the number of avios required for Off-Peak is higher than Peak? E.g. from LHR to HKG is 75K for peak and 100k for off-peak (one way)

It isn’t – at least not if you’re comparing like-for-like. The highest Avios/least cash level in Club World is 110K peak/100K off-peak. If you want to pay 75K Avios for the former, you have to pay more cash (£510 instead of £275).
