Hi i took out a Scottish Friendly ISA through the Avios app over 7 months ago. I pay monthly into it and the 6,600 bonus avios are still showing as pending in my account.
I could really do with these Avios to take me over 50,000 points so i can book flights to JFK using my AMEX companion voucher.
I’ve submitted a claim through the Avios app five weeks ago and have heard nothing. I know with things like ISAs it’s not quick but didn’t think it would be this slow.
Does anyone have any idea how long it will take? Or how i can chase them up further about this.

It’s not unheard of for things to take many months to pay out.

Hi Graham. I’m in the same boat. Are yours still pending? I raised a claim in December but still nothing.
Has anyone actually managed to get Avios points from Scottish Friendly? I contacted Avios as my 7150 Avios points have been pending since the middle of last year. Really useless customer service. They said unless I could send them an invoice from Scottish Friendly (which doesn’t even exist!), then they couldn’t do anything. I sent them my policy details and proof of bank debits from SF but they rejected these. I’m really ticked off about this.
@ajw123 – if you track down the person at Scottish Friendly who deals with these affiliate deals, you should be able to get this fixed. It’s often easier than dealing with the eStore.
