Platinum £150 dining offer and 20% off Amex Offer

Has anyone else used their Platinum Amex card for a restaurant that appears on both the Amex Platinum Dining offer and also on the 20% Amex Dining offer?

We are going to a restaurant tonight which is on both lists and having just chatted with Amex they advise that it is ‘random’ which offer will be applied to the transaction !

Yeah, Worked for me at the Lucky Cat last month. The 20% appeared first then the credit a few days after that.

Hilarious answer from Amex CS! Both offers stack. Although all offers are very slow at the moment to post so don’t be alarmed if it takes a month or so.

In same boat, received 100% (as bill was less than £150) at one London restuarant very next after offer use.
No clue whether additional 20% offer will stack or not!, embarassed to even chase for that!

I’ve previously used it at Bread Street Kitchen (it was 10% then), and got back 110% of what I had spent (as just under the £150).

I can confirm that both offers stacked up at the Delaunay restaurant in Aldwych (London) and both credits came thru very fast – visited restaurant on 7th November and both credits applied today 12th November. Just a pity that the Amex CS have no idea how their offers work!
