Power Up Promotion – Stay must be completed within period

I recently had a stay that straddled the two promotion periods i.e. across New Year.

The promotion points haven’t posted and I am told by Hilton that because my stay didn’t fall entirely within one promotional period, I do not qualify for anything.

Has anyone heard something similar?

I recently completed a stay 30th – 2nd and it posted with the 2022 promotion and not the double points for 2021. Hope this helps

Here are the T&Cs which you can quote when you complain to Hilton on Twitter in 8 weeks’ time:

You are not eligible for double points but you should receive 2500 points. Although they should post immediately in practice, the T&Cs state 6-8 weeks.

Although this has worked out for me as a promotion, always prefer a double or triple up promotion.
