The privacy policy and terms of service for the forum appear to be generic Google documents. I’m not sure that’s right, as it suggests that we are engaging with Google rather than Head for Points.
Sorry if that seems a little technical, but I remember a forum descending into madness a few years ago when a huge row erupted over ownership of content. A few prolific posters left and threatened legal action against the guys who set up the forum, and I wouldn’t wish a repeat of that experience on anyone.
@cinereus, I had difficulty finding the TOS. I logged out and went to the Register page to find the links.
