I’m trying to book BHD-LHR return. Every time I try a search I get the message “there is a problem with your request please try again later”. I’ve tried different dates both one way and return and get the same. Also after each search it keeps defaulting bck to using a companion voucher which I don’t want to use.
I’ve also tried different routes like edi-lhr and gla-lhr and get the same message on everything
A few people have reported this glitch this week, you could try clearing cookies/different browser and so on.
The default to the companion voucher is a permanent feature – you need to be careful you don’t accidentally make an unwanted redemption with it! Whenever you have a one in your account, get used to ticking “Don’t use any vouchers” before you search.
