Hi,
Has anyone have this same experience?
I was doing a multi city search.
LDN-HKG in Economy (selected £5xx)
HKG-MAD in Business (selected £5xx)was expecting £11xx, but the final came out to be £19xx. That’s £800 more. After looking into the price breakdown, it showed the LDN-HKG Economy as £13xx instead of £5xx when I selected it.
Any idea why?
This might be because one of the fares is not combinable with the other which the system only works out when make the flight selections and attempt to combine them.
You might be able to just buy them as separate tickets. My test runs have indicated that two singles are no more expensive than a return.
