QR flights posting on BA Executive Club

Flew QR last week to BKK , BA exec number added at time of booking , flights have not credited yet , is this normal ? How long do they normally take to post

I flew QR in Nov 2021 DUB-DOH-JNB return crediting to BAEC.

Each of the four legs took between 2 and 8 full days to post in my BAEC with no discernible pattern.
