Radisson Rewards points to BA Executive Club Avios

Hello,

As someone with no real loyalty to RR, and only with stats through my Amex Plat, when I booked a stay in Abu Dhabi I put my account to send my points to BA.

After my stay, I noticed points with RR, but nothing sent to BA.

Is there something I’ve missed?

Called. Guy blamed IT.
They transferred the points (in 1000 increments) at a 1000>200avois.

Transfers have not worked for months, probably well over a year. Since they cost Radisson money to process it’s not surprising there is no rush to fix it.
