Comments: Prepaid for an in-room extra, which never materialised. It took over three months and numerous phone calls and emails to recover the cost. I noticed yesterday that the stay has not registered in the app and no points were awarded (the stay was in late-January).

The breakfast selection and location and view from this hotel I love better than my local in Brum.

I will not be back to that or any other Raddision.Had a similar incident where a stay didn’t register so contact via web form online and received and email in a day or two apologising and adding the stay onto the account and points too.
