Radisson VIP query

Hi all,

I’ve been a member of Radisson VIP since Jan this year after status matching with Club Avolta. This expires in Dec 2025.

I want to book a hotel for Jan 2026 – the prices shown to me are reservation prices at VIP level.

My question is if I reserve at VIP level now and then drop to Premium status after Christmas, what am I going to be charged? There isn’t an option to pay now on the booking.

I think it’s too early to tell if status matching will continue into 2026, as I think this only started in Jan this year. I can’t see a fee anywhere to maintain VIP Status, or is it purely based on nights stayed?
