Random 3k bonus arrived on Bonvoy card

Statement date today and was pleasantly surprised to see a 3k welcome bonus spend included in the account activity alongside the usual spend.

1. This is not a new account (opened in Feb)
2. I’m not eligible for any Amex bonuses due to holding other cards and not having had a 24 month gap

Anyone else had anything similar or can explain this?
