Rebooked reward ticket now in cash class

Our Finnair reward ticket to SIN using avios was cancelled then BA has rebooked us with Qatar. It now showing class I on Qatar website.

Anyone had same experience for earning some miles and tier points out of this although I know it’s a small chance.

This happens a lot; best to say nothing and hope for the best with TP/miles credited.

I am intrigued, JDB – I’d have thought your suggestion would be to call BA and make sure no TPs or Avios are awarded? 🙂

@JDB is reasonable in all matters other than people caning the life out of Creation issued credit cards.

Sadly we never earned miles or tier points when rebooked on revenue tickets on QR back from Cape Town
