    Upgraded the estore app – it now requires you to login every time you open it- before it kept you logged and only needed re-login once every few weeks.

    Unless I missed it – you will also lose access to seeing pending avios – no way to see if an eStore transaction has tracked and its avios is pending – knock on effect is it makes it much harder to claim missing avios.

    And….you also do not get the animated balloons when new avios are added – Cue Airplane scene where they run of out coffee : )

    I upgraded as BA claimed I needed to do this to top-up my BA Pre-paid Mastercard. Top-up now pending for 24 hours so it seems like that hasn’t solved the issue.

    Totally agree. Pending is still displayed on the main ba.com site but it’s still a shame. Agree with all you points.
