Redeeming Amex 241 voucher on Aer Lingus and Iberia

Hi, have a 241 Amex voucher to use for travel to North America with Aer Lingus and/or Iberia, to save on taxes with BA.
How does one do that?
My first 241 voucher, never redeemed one.

Does one phone BA, Iberia and Aer Lingus to redeem?

Feel pretty dumb asking. Probably very simple. Just never done this before and want to book flight ASAP.

Bookings with the voucher, for any of the three airlines need to be made via BA, online if it’s a simple one way or return, telephone if it’s anything more complex. There are two elements to the extra costs sometimes applicable with BA flights – their own surcharges, albeit these are now fixed in business via the introduction of RFS which also incorporates the APD which would apply equally to IB/EI if your 241 ticket originates in the UK (without a 24hr+ stopover) and is now c.£200pp in any class above economy. Your flights can return to the UK without extra tax.
