Round trip LHR to MIA Avios booking – I want to use one of my upgrade vouchers for my outbound flight for two people, and returning in economy.
Is there a way to do this online without phoning BA?
Or should I just make two one-way bookings? Any financial reason not to do it that way (in terms of taxes etc)?
The website wants me to use both my upgrade vouchers to apply to both legs of the journey, which I don’t want to do.
Thanks.
No financial reason not to make separate bookings, but there are various pros and cons. I quite like using different airlines so it generally works for me.
Apart from the obvious double change / cancellation fees. What’s wrong with calling? I’ve found the call centers quite responsive recently, and there’s no extra charge for something that you can’t book online.
A Barclays voucher can’t be used for a one way departing to the UK
