Referral link not working

My mum upgraded to Platinum from Gold about 6 weeks ago. She has an uplifted promotion of 18k points for referrals until 13 June in her offers. However, when you click on the link it says the referral programme is temporarily unavailable and it’s been giving the same message for a few weeks. I seem to remember this being flagged before. Is there anyway of getting round it eg online help?

The conclusion appears to be tough luck I’m afraid. Make sure you try app, mobile and desktop sites just in case but my one is blocked also and has been for a long time.
