Hi All. I’m looking to book a flight using the £400 travel credit voucher received as part of Platinum SUB.
I want to confirm – what happens if I have to cancel the ticket? Is the voucher refunded for the amount adjusted for cancellation charges? Also, how soon do you receive the voucher once you hit the SUB spend threshold?
If I’m not wrong it’s dead if you need to cancel, that how the previous £200 was. No refunds.
No part use either. Has to be used on a single booking all in one go.
Thanks both. So how does that exactly work?
Say I book a flight for £600.. I get £400 as statement credit.
Then if I end up canceling the flight and there’s a £100 cancellation charge.. I will get £500 back on my card, and the statement credit will be reversed?
And then I don’t get another shot at using the voucher?I asked CC over chat yesterday.. and after much deliberation she confirmed that you’ll be able to use the voucher again if this happens. But I really am not convinced.
