I bought 2 items from a retailer that had an Amex offer on (15% off). The discount has coreduted on my card. I heed to return 1 item. Can I check that I just lose the prorata amount of the cash back? I am anxious that all the cashbavk will be returned uk retailer instead of relevant amount (each item was about £1000)
You might even keep all of it.
I recently made 3 transactions with an offer and got a refund that didn’t match any of these amounts. None of the statement credits were removed, not even partially.
