Today the same flight costs 52000 Avios + £ 860.00Is the cash part dynamic? Thanks

That’s for CW and for all the dates that you could find from now. The change is also for the PVG not sure for the rest as I was only watching those two routes.

For off-peak dates, one way Reward Flight Saver in CW to HND is 100k Avios plus £275. However this is not the best value option as you can also have the option to use 75k Avios plus £350, which means buying the 25k Avios at £75 (0.3p per Avios).
Moving beyond the sweetspot, cost of purchasing more Avios become more prohibitive in Club World. For me these options are 66K +£525, 54K +£860 and 37.5K +£1050. Have you considered using Avios boost to buy the additional Avios? They work out at 0.92p with 4X boost and are better value than the options avobe.
