I was planning to book a flight to Europe today on my BA Exec account and noticed that the taxes were way higher than expected – indeed the system wasn’t showing me the RFS option. I’m BA Gold and obviously earned Avios in the last year (in fact, I earned 100k+) with both revenue flights and Avios from Barclaycard etc.
The flight prices normally (with RFS) on my wife’s BA account (Blue).
Am I right in thinking that this is not supposed to happen?
One possible clue is that my Tier year ends on 8 March, so Tier points for the year etc recently reset. Where do I run to get this rectified? Will the call centre be able to book with the right taxes?

Trust me, it’s BA, not you!
Or can your wife just book the flight on her account for you?
Can’t use wife’s account since I’m trying to use a cabin upgrade voucher in mine…
Changing the browser worked, thank you!!! Can’t believe I didn’t think of something so basic.

You should have mentioned using the voucher at the outset! That’s why you can’t access RFS pricing but can only see max Avios option and calling can’t change this. Much discussed on many threads.
