Royal Air Maroc to Dakar on Avios

I am looking at various options for LON-DSS (Dakar in Senegal) in November, and although the main options are via Madrid, I notice that Royal Air Maroc is a more direct and quicker route.

I tried to check avios pricing on the BA website with no luck. BA show all the available options for LON-CMN (Casablanca) but when I select Inbound and Outbound flights it claims there is an error with online booking and suggests phoning BA.

Rob has an article suggesting that booking online is quick and easy – is it just me or have others had probs.

Also, there are no mentions of Royal Air Maroc in these forums, does any one have any comments about the airline?

Last used in 2017.
Flew in Y LON-CMN and LON-RAK routes a couple of times each.
To be fair, unless the quality has drastically increased it’s better to book Iberia Y than RAM Y

J seats looked like proper Js as opposed to Y row with middle seat blocked. I’m not sure of the IB J seat plan on the route and service though.

Have you tried SN? They might be competitive price and time-wise?
