I have recently flown with Royal Jordanian. I booked directly with RJ and included my BA Exec number. Malaysian flights which were inlcuded in the same booking have already credited to BA, but the Royal Jordanian flights have not. I have tried to claim via the BA website, but Royal Jordanain are NOT included in the drop down list of partner airlines. Are there known problems getting RJ flights credited to BA? Is there any way to accelerate getting these flights credited? I am concerend that this may not be resolved by 31 March 2025 and that it will impoact my year end status with BA and my lifetime tier points going forward when they are translated into “new” tier points.
How recent is recent? It took about 10 working days to credit in the other direction (flew on BA, credited to RJ) after my last flight. Perhaps worth asking BA via the chat feature on their website?

Did that require a manual claim/chasing or was it automatic from the flights?
