Hi,
We are travelling from Bangalore to Heathrow 15/12 club suite. There are 3 of us travelling and I have purposely not selected seats. I just had a look at the seat plan to check availability and there is only one seat available now. Does that mean the flight is oversold? Check in for free seat selection opens 24 hours before (tomorrow morning) but I am confused as there is only one seat showing as an available choice at the mo. Anyone else had the same issue?
It means there is only one unallocated seat at this stage. Your will have been assigned seats. You will see them when on line check in opens.
Best choice for 2 adults and 2 kids in Club Suite? 4 and 9 years old. 10hr flight. Purposely chosen Club World so my Wife and youngest can have middle two seats……but hearing this route might change to Club Suite. What’s best? Can’t sit “together”in suite configuration……

Thanks Alex

Discussed extensively here https://www.headforpoints.com/forums/topic/club-suite-when-flying-with-young-kids-3-and-6/#post-412264
We went for the 2 middle pairs (one parent per child) for our upcoming flights. Hope it works out.
Reviving this thread – Any advantages of row 1 vs other rows? Are your feet still forced into a cubby hole?
The suites are all the same, AFAIK. I have a row 1 booked but not till December, so can’t help!
If in an A350, suggest avoid first 2 rows as forward galley used for most of food prep and cabin crew often congregate there and can be noisy plus forward toilet often out of use (as per many previous posts) otherwise all CS seats very similar – though some have 2 windows – see Aerolopa seat plan.
Sorry – Seat Guru actually better to see 2 window CS on A350
Thanks all. And for a couple, are you better off just taking two window seats? Rather than the middle as its hard to interact anyway with the herringbone style?
It’s as easy to lean over the seat in front of you or behind you as the one next to you in CS. We think window seats feel a bit more private and we are like kids and like to be able to see out, lol, even though you can’t really get good views of take-off landing when strapped in!
