So OH and son love being able to stroll for hours looking at the crap craft shops / weird foods etc.
in Bali.
Can you think of anywhere comparable in SE Asia (in July)? Cheap/lovely, but with the shopping element (and not a big
city as we’ll do that too).
I remember Siem Reap having a small area like that, but that was a LONG time ago!
Langkawi: pretty but not much at hand to see/do. Penang: loads to see/do but far more built up.
