Phoned amex re lack of sign up bonus after spending 12k. They said it takes up to 3 months.
Colleague got theirs in a couple of days!Same boat. Told its a “known issue” & points will be credited 3 months max.
Not ideal if you wanted a redemption but as long as they arrive I guess.
Same here. This is the first time an amex bonus hasn’t posted within 2 days of hitting the target. I have an Amex Biz Gold. I think the Ts and Cs for a new card say the bonus posts just after the end of the bonus period, ie 3 or 4 months after I got the card. I hope I’m right but I wouldn’t mind a second opinion.

Aren’t you the 3rd fact?I got my business Gold bonus just after I hit the £6k target. Less than 2 weeks after the card arrived

Aren’t you the 3rd fact?Either way. I am having the same experience for Gold Business. Hit £6000 a couple of weeks ago, 3 months since approval is in about two weeks so will be keeping an eye out.
OH Amex plat bonus arrived after about 3 days. Maybe issue us with business cards?
Same issue with platinum business card. Hit 12k spend within the first month but points still not credited 1 month later (in past it has always been within few days of reaching the target).
Amex have told me to wait the designated 3 months. Frustrating as I was looking to downgrade/cancel thereby triggering pro rata refund (perhaps why they have implemented this)
