Exactly as the title says really. I purchased some IHG points a few months ago with the plan to stay at the IC in Phuket for 6 days in Feb. It cost me 423k points. We have changed our plans alittle now and I won’t be staying at an IHG for this trip. I have around 500k points in total.
We may have a week in May/June in 2025 and have another week or two somewhere in November. I know we could possibly have one or two city breaks where I can use them. I will need to use my ambassador certificate at some point also.
Ive been looking at anywhere really. I know there’s some properties with all inclusive in Mexico, or I could use it for the new IC in Crete.
It’s an extremely generic question but any inspiration given is greatly appreciated. I’m weary that I don’t want to sit in points if there is a huge devaluation, so I think it may be prudent to book something, with an eye on decent value versus cash price.
