If I get an offer on my Plat Bus AMEX does it apply to the account (ie including spending by supps) or does it just apply to my card ?
If you mean amex offer just that card.
You may get the offer also on the supplementary card in which case you can use the offer again!

Just your card. The supp may have the same offer again, but the cardholder needs to save it and use it independently.
Supp holder can have the card attached to their own Amex account and offers will show there, if they get them.

As @Northernlass says. Also note they’ll only see transactions made on their supp card, they won’t see the whole account.
Only thing stupid about this is you thinking it was a stupid q?! It was very valid.
