Supplementary card holder – Virgin Mastercard

Ok, I’ve signed up for the virgin CC woth a suplimetry card holder as the misses.

I’ve activated my card, used the pin and chip and pin works OK

My partner cannot use the app and my app won’t let me add her card to my account,

How do we find her pin and activate the card?

Only the main cardholder can use the app, so you’ll need to wait for the additional card pin to arrive in the post.
