Supplementary/Employee Cards on Business Gold/Plat

In the past I’ve had 3000/5000 point bonus for the first supplementary cards taken on the Amex Business Gold/Plat cards. But just looking I can’t seem to see any reference to this bonus any more (it is still available on the personal cards according to the Amex website). I’ve checked the T&C’s and there is no mention of bonus points, just that you can earn points for your MR account off the spending of employees who use your supplementary card. Does anyone know if the bonuses are still available?

If it is no longer a standard offer but rather one that might appear as a special offer I’ll hold off on applying for one.
