Hi, when going to the Plaza Premium lounge in T5 do you just show your Amex plat a la the Eurostar lounge or do they swipe it on entry? Thanks!
How many complimentary guests can I bring using Platinum from American express at plaza premium?
One guest, only time you can bring two guests per card is at a Centurion Lounge.
As I understand, as the Priority Pass/Premium Plaza agreement has been restored, you could also simply show your PP card/app barcode.
Thanks Luca M. Do you know how much priority pass will charge for an additional guest?

As per my response in the linked post by the above user, you can only associate one boarding pass to one entry, so it would not work. I have myself experienced Lounge Dragon flexibility during Covid to let a 5th person in (youngest child) but that has not been allowed for a while in all my attempt.
I have negotiated a £20 entry at the door on my last visit as I was trying to buy a one day pass voucher via Dragon Pass/Regus route and the Lounge dragon said he could almost match that (DP would have been £19 at the time, now increased).
Interesting – for me it worked at 4 different Plaza Premium locations without even asking, just presenting Amex + PP card to enter as a family of 5 (with 2xAmex & 2xPP cards), no questions asked.
I believe the one boarding pass to one entry rule is part of the individual terms & conditions of the entry method, and there are separate t&cs for Amex entry and PP entry, so no violation of the respective policies, and I’m not aware of an overarching policy which would overrule bind them together. DXB, SIN, LGW Plaza Premium lounges were all fine with it.
I should have clarified – the way Plaza charged was 2 x (Amex cardholder+1 guest) plus 1x (PP cardholder + 1 guest) for a family of 5, which sounds strange (6 visits between 5 humans) but is correct – the fifth person (child) is not a cardholder of either Amex nor PP so had to be assigned guest status of a cardholder, hence the PP cardholder+1 guest entry. Conceptually – not in real life behaviour – it is equivalent to one cardholder entering with Guest1 on Amex, leaving and later entering with Guest2 on PP.
Every single times I have entered a lounge, not only Plaza Premium, I have been asked to present the boarding passes of everyone that was in the party and asked to present the relevant card giving entry for each lead, and when asking to also use a second card as means of entry, I always been told (since normality restarted after Covid) that there was one BP to one “right of entry rule”.
As I stated before, I have experienced first hand flexibility during Covid (not at Plaza Premium though) whereby they accepted my PP/Amex membership and additional my LoungeKey/HSBC card for my youngest child, without too much fuss of the 1 to 1 BP/card rule, so I do think Lounge dragon can make it work against policy as there is no systematic check in reality.
